Shipping rates vary depending on what method of delivery you choose. Our shipping calculator is built into your shopping cart and allows you to determine exactly how much shipping will cost. The shipping calculator also displays any shipping discounts that are available.
* $7.95 is our standard online shipping and handling charge. This may change if you use a promotional code, source code, or extension.
**Delivery times are for orders placed before 12:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time and are estimates. Delivery times may change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen problems. Add one business day for orders placed after 12:00p.m. EST.
Residents of North Carolina will be charged sales tax based on the states current rate. We are not responsible for any international tax or custom charges that may be applied upon delivery if you reside in an area outside of the United States.
Two-Day UPS is available for Alaska and Hawaii for an extra charge of $14.00. Next day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii costs an extra $24.00. USPS Priority costs an extra $6.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.
Backordered items (indicated by an * with the available to ship date) always ship via USPS Bulk Mail after the item arrives in our warehouse. Backorder dates are estimates and may change. Customers receive an email notification when a backordered item arrives in our warehouse.

Who is the Sinclair Institute?
The Sinclair Institute and our web site SinclairInstitute.com are creations of Townsend Enterprises located in Hillsborough, North Carolina. SinclairInstitute.com is hosted by PHE, Enterprises also located in Hillsborough. Founded in 1991, our mission is to be the best resource for sexual health products for adults who want to improve quality of intimacy and sex in their relationship.
We use a security ensured connection powered by Nexcess and secured by Comodo. Sinclair Institute’s secure server software encrypts personal information including credit card number, name and address. Encryption, taking what you type and converting it into unreadable gibberish, prevents reading or copying information as it moves over the Internet.

Information And Identity Protection

Why we request birthdays
SinclairInstitute.com is sells products for adults. We require birthdays and use sophisticated age verification software to insure we only sell to adults. If you’ve just moved our age verification software may not be able to find you. Credit cards provided for age verification are not charged but used temporarily along with a customer’s birthday as a proxy for age verification.

Is information shared with others?
Email Addresses
Email addresses are never shared, sold, rented or traded with any company for the purpose of online solicitation ever.
We never send unsolicited emails. If you would like to subscribe, look for the email subscription box on almost every page. We use a double opt in process, so subscription isn’t final until you’ve clicked on the confirming email.
Unsubscribe from SinclairInstitute.com’s email list by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button on the bottom of any email, going to My Account and changing your subscription, calling customer service at 1-800-865-9165 or emailing cservice@SinclairInstitute.com . After you unsubscribe, you may receive one or two more emails because email addresses are removed on the next cycle and always within ten working days.
Phone Numbers
We use phone numbers to communicate with our customers about their order and we only do that in an emergency.
Third Parties
We may share personal and anonymous information with companies or individuals engaged to help us perform services such as email or web analytics. These companies will only be permitted to use information in the performance of their assigned jobs for SinclairInstitute.com. In rare and special cases, a court may require disclosure of certain personal information.

Please don’t report our emails as “spam” to AOL. We never send unsolicited emails, so our emails can’t be spam. Many customers think using the “report as spam” button is a harmless way to unsubscribe. In fact, you harm other AOL customers. Reporting a message as spam makes it harder for other AOL customers to receive emails from that company . - Returns & Replacements
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with everything they purchase from www.SinclairInstitute.com. Customers may return any merchandise for an exchange or refund within 90 days of their purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. After 90 Days, defective merchandise will be exchanged for a credit. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected.

To order products on SinclairInstitute.com, find the video or product you would like and click on "Add to Cart." (Please select color, size and quantity where applicable).
Shopping Cart pages:If you're done shopping, click on the "Checkout" button. If you would like to add more products to your order simply click the "Continue Shopping" button and add them to your cart. You may also enter any source code, department or extension numbers that you may have. When you are finished making all your selections click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the order form.
Billing & Shipping Address page: If you are a past customer and have an online account with us you may login here. If this is your first time shopping with us, simply provide your information on the form. Once you're done --click "Continue Checkout."
Payment Information page: Fill in your credit card information as well as your email address and create a password. To enjoy all the benefits of your account with Sinclair Institute such as the ability to track and review orders, access to special discounts, exclusive sales and new product announcements only sent to our users, please provide this information correctly. Once this is complete, click the "Submit Order" button.
Free Gifts section: After you have completed your payment information, select which free gift you would like. When you are finished making your selections click on the "Continue" button.
Order Confirmation page: We recommend that once you see your order confirmation you print or save it for your personal records. You will also receive an email from us confirming your order. - Viewing Orders
Email Confirmations: Customers receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation email with each order. Shipment confirmation emails include UPS tracking numbers. To check the status of your order, simply go to the My Account section of our website.
