Shipping rates vary depending on what method of delivery you choose. Our shipping calculator is built into your shopping cart and allows you to determine exactly how much shipping will cost. The shipping calculator also displays any shipping discounts that are available.

**Delivery times are for orders placed before 12:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time and are estimates. Delivery times may change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen problems. Add one business day for orders placed after 12:00p.m. EST.
Residents of North Carolina will be charged sales tax based on the states current rate. We are not responsible for any international tax or custom charges that may be applied upon delivery if you reside in an area outside of the United States.
Two-Day UPS is available for Alaska and Hawaii for an extra charge of $14.00. Next day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii costs an extra $24.00. USPS Priority costs an extra $6.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.
Backordered items (indicated by an * with the available to ship date) always ship via USPS Bulk Mail after the item arrives in our warehouse. Backorder dates are estimates and may change. Customers receive an email notification when a backordered item arrives in our warehouse.

Who is the Sinclair Institute?
The Sinclair Institute and our web site SinclairInstitute.com are creations of Townsend Enterprises located in Hillsborough, North Carolina. SinclairInstitute.com is hosted by PHE, Enterprises also located in Hillsborough. Founded in 1991, our mission is to be the best resource for sexual health products for adults who want to improve quality of intimacy and sex in their relationship.

Why we request birthdays
SinclairInstitute.com is sells products for adults. We require birthdays and use sophisticated age verification software to insure we only sell to adults. If you’ve just moved our age verification software may not be able to find you. Credit cards provided for age verification are not charged but used temporarily along with a customer’s birthday as a proxy for age verification.

Is information shared with others?

- Returns & Replacements
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with everything they purchase from www.SinclairInstitute.com. Customers may return any merchandise for an exchange or refund within 90 days of their purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. After 90 Days, defective merchandise will be exchanged for a credit. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected.
