Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from SinclairInstitute.com, you may return any merchandise you find unsatisfactory. You have 3 whole months to enjoy your purchase. If any item doesn't live up to your expectations, return it for a new one, a different one, or your money back. If any item should EVER break due to manufacturer's defect - today, tomorrow, or years from now - just send it back and we will replace it FREE! If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
