Endow Vacuum Pump System

The Endow is an innovative vacuum penis pump from Sinclair Institute Select. With two different ways to pump and four different restriction rings, this can be used by just about anyone. There is a bunch of information on the box about the benefits you can expect, proper use, and any safety or health issues to be concerned with. I’ve used a couple of penis pumps in the past and quality-wise this is the best yet. The enlarging chamber is 2 inches wide by more than 8.5 inches long. The gasket is made from TPR and has an opening that one inch in diameter. The kit comes with a hand pump and a battery operated pump. I preferred using the hand pump because it gave me better control. I found that when using the electric pump things went a bit too quickly. Either one did a great jump of creating suction in the tube that made me erect in the tube (even right after having sex) and made me larger than I would normally be with a natural erection. I had two issues with the pump. When using the electric pump (which is quite strong) my scrotum kept getting sucked up into the tube unless I held the base of the tube firmly against my body. My other issue was the TPR restriction rings. I didn’t find that they really did a great job of keeping the blood in my penis; at least not enough of it that I could maintain the kind of erection I had achieved inside of the tube. TPR is really stretchy; a white silicone ring might be better solution if your goal is to keep that super hard erection.

The unit gives a good pump, but needs some tweaks. When using the battery powered portion, I found that it hits a plateau unless you lubricate the o-ring that plugs into the top of the cylinder and then fiddle with it until it makes a solid seal. Once you get it to seal, it really applies the pressure well. My biggest issue with this pump is that it swells my head really big. To the point that I plug the cylinder at 6.5" and won't allow me to go further. My ruler tells me that I should be able to go another .5 - .75". I wonder if a wider cylinder is available? The included erection ring set is worthless. If you need a ring, buy an add on. The best rings I have were the freebies that are sometimes included in the purchasing specials. I wish I could buy a few spares. Overall, very good when on sale. Not so much at full price. For me though. I can't speak for others.

I never had a vacuum pump before, so I was skeptical. I used the battery pack and positioned it and turned it on....awesome results and perfect vacuum. In 5-15 minutes I was ready for action...beautifully awesome results....and she enjoyed it! If you have trouble with erections or want some extra umph this is the perfect tool and great buy:)

The product works great. The battery operated pump is good but the manual pump get me bigger and harder.The constriction rings leave something to be desired as they don't keep keep me as hard as I was in the tube. If the rings were made of silicone instead of TPR they would not be as flexible.

This gadget works compared to the other ones I have purchased in the past.
