We experienced a mechanical failure of a penile implant (needed due to cancer) and because of other health issues were told we needed to wait 6-8 months for replacement. The product provides a great deal of comfort when wearing, used as directed, my wife also is enlighten with which the support it provides. Just a fyi, use non oil lube, better still is to use talc powder to prevent it from splitting apart, it will last much longer..
